Shipping Cost

DORRIENN charges a flat rate of EUR 4.90 for packaging and delivery for orders within Germany. All orders over EUR 100 are delivered free of charge. For orders from other European countries (at the moment Austria and Luxembourg), we charge a flat rate of EUR 14.90.

Packaging 

We have taken all precautions to ensure that your order arrives safely. We use double wall cardboard boxes and sufficient filling material. Wherever possible we attempt to use recycled packaging material. 

Shipping

DORRIENN sends all orders via DHL. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a DHL tracking code via email. With this code you can follow the status of your order at any time, whether it is at the logistics center, on the truck, in your local post office or maybe with your helpful neighbour.

DHL delivers Monday through to Saturday. Should you not be at home when your order arrives, you can comfortably pick up your order in your local post office or organize a new delivery time. For further information, please refer to the DHL website.

Shipping Time

After payment has been received, DORRIENN will prepare your items for shipment. Delivery time from the moment we have received payment is 3-5 working days. Should an item not be instantly available, we shall note the availability date and changed shipping time on the individual product page.
